FAMILY KITCHEN REMODEL
Residential Design
Software Used: AutoCAD and Photoshop
The Johnson family wanted to remodel their transitional kitchen to make it ADA friendly for their wheelchair restricted daughter to be able to use the space. Their was great consideration taken when picking appliances that would be easy for the whole family to use. Corners are usually tricky to approach in a kitchen because their tends to be dead space. The corner in this kitchen was turned into an ADA work station with a special ADA sink.

MOROCCAN APARTMENT
Residential Design
Software Used: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Shaderlight and Photoshop
For this project we teamed up with LEVEL Furnished Living, in Downtown Los Angeles, to re-imagine some of their apartments for that client looking for something custom and unique. The intent of this design was to infuse a modern Moroccan style with the typical LEVEL apartment floor plan. By bringing in rich tones, Moroccan tiles and some traditional Moroccan shapes and motifs we were able to execute a modern Moroccan design. We kept the color pallet neutral to keep the apartment feeling light and airy but used geometric tiles, warm woods and metals to add a mixture of
textures to the space.
MODERN APARTMENT
Residential Design
Software Used: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Shaderlight and Photoshop
For this project we teamed up with LEVEL Furnished Living, in Downtown Los Angeles, to re-imagine some of their apartments for that client looking for something custom and unique. The intent of this design was to enhance the already modern
aesthetic of this apartment floor plan by including custom designed pieces throughout the space. With this design we did not want to distract the eye from the views of downtown so we went with furniture that has clean lines and a low profile. We stuck true to the nature of modern design by using industrial materials and a neutral color pallet.
